Q & A

Are we locked in with a service agreement?
We require a one week notice to terminate services, but make exceptions for certain unforeseen circumstances.

Payment?
Personal Check, Visa, MasterCard.

If a caregiver is sick or for some other reason can't come?
We will call the client to find out if they want a replacement from our backup caregivers.

Is there a minimum number of hours?
One three hour block, once a week.

Cost for a Couple vs care for an individual?
0% to 50% depending on extent of services required for a 2nd person.

Require any deposits?
Two weeks of current services.

Can a Client hire the caregiver directly?
Under the Service Agreement the Caregiver is not able to work directly for the Client for 6 months after the contract is terminated. The Client would also lose the bonding, Insurance, Workers comp, backup caregiver service, and assurances that all payroll taxes are paid.

Do you have live-in or overnight services?
Yes, depending on helper availability.

Can I get a gift certificate?
Yes. You may place an order by phone with a Visa or MasterCard OR by mailing us a check (please include your phone number, name of recipient and the address to mail the gift certificate to, along with any special notes)

What areas do you currently service?
Some of the areas we service are Andover, Ramsey, Anoka, Coon Rapids, Brooklyn Park, Champlin, Dayton, Blaine, Elk River, Maple Grove, MN and other areas based on Caregiver availability.
